Welcome to the first official indoor cycling/spin class being offered to the Castlegar area. What is indoor cycling? It is an ever growing fitness craze that is sweeping the fitness industry. Indoor Cycling is a cardiovascular workout done on specialized stationary bikes.

What differentiates an indoor cycle class from other fitness type classes? Firstly, it doesn't matter if you are a 19 year old female, 55 year old grandpa, or Lance Armstrong, you work at your own pace. It doesn't matter if you have not ridden a bike in years. Indoor cycling bikes are stable, safe and provide you with a low impact exercise workout. You will be fitted on the indoor cycling bike depending on your height, torso length and leg length to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.

Mountain bikers, come on out and improve your climbing legs in the off season, cyclist/triathletes build up your endurance and stay fit and those of you health conscience exercise buffs, come out and try a new concept. Hockey players, increase foot speed and increase endurance.

Indoor Cycling classes are led by a certified instructor; the only prerequisite is that you like to sweat and have fun!
